All cruise ships have been banned from embarking/disembarking from all the main cruise ports in both Denmark and Norway, the latter being until 1 May at the earliest. This probably explains Viking Ocean and River cruises being suspended until then.

Probably not too many Regent cruises scheduled for either before early May??  How many cruise ports are there in DK anyway??  Norway is a different issue...

Gerry, I agree that not that many cruises directly effected right now. The reason for my post was simply to indicate the flavour of what is going on around Europe at the moment. At last count Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria and of course Italy have all announced effective travel movement restrictions and large parts of Spain seem next.

As an example, Norway will require any non-Scandinavian resident entering the country to be quarantined for 14 days before they are allowed free movement.
