They don't have liquid cash to pay back anyone So i decided not to take my money back, but instead transfer the 2 deposits to 2 future Cruises at 30% discount each. SWEMarcus Posted May 16, 2020 Author #55 Share Posted May 16, 2020 Finally two months later I can confirm we have received a full refund of our cruise from Mauritius in March. However we still haven't heard anything from Costa. Since our cruise was paid with a credit card we started a dispute towards our credit card company. Exactly what proof was required and how did you manage to get the refund so soon.?
