jhskick Posted March 28, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 28, 2020 My Alaska cruise, 6/26/20, was canceled. Had whale watch reserved with Alaska Shore excursions sent email 3/25/20 at 9:30 EST to cancel. Received refund notification 1:30 same day credit on card received 3/25/20. With all the negative posts I just wanted to give them credit for great customer service. I emailed them and said that I would not be on the cruise and they totally understood. They offered me a "price lock" for 2021 plus a 10% refund which has already hit my CC. So we are keeping a credit with them to use next year. They also offered "priority booking" for 2021 when we give them out dates. Really wonderful customer service.
