jettaleea Posted June 30, 2020 #1 Share Posted June 30, 2020 I called my PC today. It's been 90 days since we canceled our April 16 cruise and no refund. Seems the woman who took our cancellation messed up the paperwork and was showing there was a balance due instead of refund! Our pcc was a great help and got it sorted out. He even got HAL to give us an additional 25% in fcc because of the mixup. Hopefully we'll have our credit card refund and fcc by the end of the week.
