No 10% coupon on 2nd cruise??

Cruise 1, scheduled for January 2021 was cancelled and I got a 10% coupon, which I applied to a new booking for January 2022.

Cruise 2, scheduled for April 2021 was cancelled and NCL says no 10% coupon, only one per customer.  Nowhere in the letter regarding the cancellations where they say you only get a discount on 1 cruise even if you had more than one booked.

 

Anybody else run into this?  I've been pretty patient with NCL up until this point but this is kinda pushing my level of patience.

 I also was looking for Our 10% on our second cruise that was cancelled.                                                 This what I was Told From NCL

  • 10% off discount FCC: if guests had received a 10% off discount FCC from a previously suspended sailing, that FCC will revert back to their client profile. They will NOT receive an additional 10% off discount FCC.

Yea, that's what they kept reading off their cheat sheet.  I interpret that to mean that if you used a 10% discount coupon on a cruise and that cruise was cancelled, you'd get your 10% coupon back to use on another cruise.  Neither of my cancelled cruises had a previous 10% coupon to revert back to my account.  The only "bonus" fcc I have is from yet another cancelled cruise from last March.

 

Per the cancellation letter: "In addition to the 100% refund or return of your FCC...A 10% OFF discount on your next cruise with us..."

We have the same problem.  Although we did received 10% off coupons for three previously cancelled cruises - two in December 2020 and one in January 2021.  When our April 2021 cruise was cancelled, we did not received the 10% coupon although our cancellation letter said that we would.  I get the same reply about the 10% coupon reverting back, but we never used any of the 10% coupons as we have not booked a cruise since we received them.  Nobody in management takes phone calls - only emails.  When I received the reply about reverting and I replied explaining that there was no coupon to revert, they then replied that they cannot change their rules for me.  I was not asking for an exception to the rules.   Reading comprehension is not one of the skills required for the job.
