2020 we had flooding

This year, to be honest it hasn’t been too bad around here, but a bit further North has been hit bad.

Prior to that we had the 

1974 Sygna washed up in Stockton beach.

Yep one in a 100 or even one in twenty, suuuure.

Agree there have been more rain events.

my property is zoned 1 in 100 year flood zone although it has never flooded.  When I asked GCCC why they said the whole of the GC is a flood zone.  There has been so much development on the flood plains the water can't get away so the water spreads.  

All the rain water which flooded my yard is gone today, because I'm on sand.
