Question About The Way Refunds Are Done

We are on our fourth(?) booking.  The previous times, a FCC was issued and the taxes and port charges were given back as a refund.  The last cancellation, which was for a cruise in January, we got the FCC but no refund.  And because of the several 25% markups, I lost track of what the total should be.  Was there a change in the way this was done for 2021?

No change. Email MSC to refund your taxes & port fees.

MSC will not give anyone a bonus of 25% more on the port fees & taxes. These are refunded at par.

The 25% bonus is only on the basic fare, that too, only  IF PAID IN FULL
