B113 Posted June 11, 2021 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2021 When our cruise was canceled I took the 125 percent refund on cruise planner purchases. I called my TA to have them applied to my December booking for OB credit and was told since that cruise was paid in full that I had to book a new cruise to use them. It states on the email I received they can be used on cruise planner purchases or OB credit. This is separate from my cruise certificates. Are the wrong or did RCI change things?
