Miami Hotel Advice - Courtyard Downtown/Brickell or Aloft Brickell??

Hi all -- looking at some cheaper hotel options for our stay next April... we have narrowed it down to Courtyard Miami Downtown/Brickell Area and Aloft Miami - Brickell -- both are Marriott/Bonvoy properties and both are our top picks as we plan on relying heavily on public transit while visiting the area pre- and post-cruise...

 

I would love to hear thoughts that anyone may have regarding these two hotels to help me pick the right one for us...
