spring break when is it?

Here in our part of Indiana spring break is April 3rd - April 7th. I work for the school system and my husband and I are taking a cruise beginning April 1st! Can't wait. I don't really worry about all the kids that might be there because of all the different dates. They have so many things for kids to do, they stay pretty busy! Hope you have a great cruise!!

Up here in the northwoods of Michigan (north of the Mackinac bridge) spring break is always the 3rd or 4th week of March. Northern Wisconsin (Green Bay area) is the same.

In the Chicagoland suburbs it varies any time between March 27 - April 21, ours is March 27 - April 1, and of course we leave on April 8 on our cruise

We are going on the Jewel on the 2nd. Spring break here in Fulton County GA (atlanta) is april 3-7.

The college I work at is March13-17. The public school my son goes to is March 20-24 and again April 17-21.

Remember also that the "April kids" will all be with their parents. Many of the college age "March kids" will be on their own. A different kind of rowdiness in each case.

 

Personally, I enjoy the college age kids -- but, then again, I have been surrounded by them for many years.
