Orange code status CDC

So I noticed several of the ships are currently listed as an Orange status per the CDC. Allure is set to test sale July 27. If it’s still orange can they continue with the test sailing?

Some ships are red and sailing, not sure there's any correlation between color code and sailing status. See the existing thread (color grading) for other discussion on this topic.
