Hi everyone,

 

I'm waiting on a call back from Celebrity, but in the meanwhile, thought I'd check with you experts.

 

Any ideas what this code means?  TCK2-GRAT C/A 11N

 

I get the gratuity  and 11-night parts, but the rest is a mystery.  

 

Our gratuity charge is $418.00, but the deduction from the code is only $352.00.

Are you in Aquaclass? The C/A might indicate Class(Or Cabin)/Aquaclass.

 

The charge suggests $19 per person per day, applicable to suites. Your deduction seems to be $16 per person per day, applicable to Aquaclass. So my guess is there's an error.

Maybe the CA is Caribbean Aquaclass 11 nights…

Thanks so much, HskrCrsr and Cg52.  We were booked as a GTY Aqua class  and changed to a sky suite yesterday.  So it makes sense about the $19 vs. $16 per day gratuity charge.  Now I'll be prepared when Celebrity calls me back.
