Quiet beach - Falmouth ???

We will be in Falmouth in January. We would like to go on  a quiet beach (with chairs if possible)  not too far from port. Any recommandations (excursion or own transportation)?

Quiet ?  Then a day pass is the way to go.  Check the usual pass sites, make selection then contact the hotel as price may be less
