ovation of the seas Obstructed balcony 7270- anyone know?

Hi.  We are currently in room 7270 which is listed as obstructed.

Can anyone tell me what the obstruction actually is?

 

Royal says 50% obstruction; but, I just can not figure out what that is and they are no help

There isn't one, unless looking directly down. RCI categorized them that way on Ovation only - they are categorized as unobstructed on the rest of the Q class ships.
