Linked Reservation question - Children under 12

So I have a question.   I heard a rumor that all people in a party are considered unvaccinated if one person is unvaccinated.  Does that included linked reservations too?  So if we are linked for dining and other purposes does that mean everyone in the link is unvaccinated regardless actual status?   So we would not be able to go to vaccinated only locations on the ship?
