What happens to FCC in this case?

What happens if we use our FCC to pay off our Dec cruise?  Then say the 2 day covid test comes back positive for one of us?  I know that Royal will "refund" our cruise, but does the FCC return as refund on our credit card?  Or does it return as a FCC?  We will have a small balance to pay so it's not 100% FCC (plus of course we have payment for taxes & fees and gratuities...which I know always come back as refund).  Doesn't change any of our decisions, but just wondering (and hopefully is "not applicable" anyways)

All fare paid, including FCC, should be refunded.
