Cruise refund credit extended

Hi All

We have a refund credit on our account which was due to expire in  January. I have just called Princess and was told this had been extended to December. The agent I spoke to wasn't at all helpful so I was just wondering if anyone else had had the same happen or whether I should call again to double check.

I tend to phone Carnival House and speak to a cruise consultant called Jamie 0344 3388661 extension 2013. He has sorted me out with various moves cruise to cruise following cancellations the money moving around the bookings and adding a second booking with my daughter's boyfriend. So he knows the bookings systems and administration procedures well.
