Colorado residents get free Binax at home covid tests

It appears to be the same exact test that is approved for carnival.  I have no idea if other states are doing this, but Colorado is. You have to fill out a form to see if you are eligible.  I hope this is helpful to someone. Here is the link.  https://covid19.colorado.gov/testing.

The form never asked me which shot I had.  I am not high risk either.  I was eligible based on the questions asked.

I'm in Colorado and ordered the free tests which are due to arrive tomorrow.  I'm not certain, but I don't think it would be accepted by Carnival because there would be no medical professional supervising.

Thats a good point.  I assumed that it would be supervised, but maybe you are right.

When reading the site I saw this: 

 

"Please note, over the counter test results may not be accepted as proof of negative results for some situations (travel, return to learn, employer mandated testing etc). Please review the specific guidance from the entity requiring testing in advance."

 

So I believe they're the same tests you can get at Walmart, CVS, etc. that are 2 for $14 or so right now and not the proctored tests which you need for travel. Free is free though.
