LibrarianMonroe Posted October 13, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 13, 2021 So in the app, there's a thing in the checkin proceedures to "activate your band". I recieved my band in the mail and went in to this option. It tehn tells me my band was delivered to me, and there's a button to manage the band. If I click on that, it tells me that my band is not activated. It gives me the choice to report my band lost (which it isn't) or to change my pin, neither of which activates the band, nor is there an activate band button in this option. Am I missing something to activate the band, or does it just need to be done at the dock, or is it just yet another feature that's not quite there yet for Virgin? Anyone have this happen@ It did that to me for my cruise, and I tried again a couple of days later and it worked.
