C&A customer service for price drops.. A+

We have had multiple price drops on our upcoming cruise. The most recent was today, which is also final payment day, so there may be additional drops after this depending on how many people decide not to go.

With each price drop, I've just called Crown and Anchor and given them the booking number. They have checked the price and sent a new invoice for the lower cost, and our credit card  has been credited within a short amount of time. After today any drops will just yield on board credit. 

Anyway, I just wanted to give credit where credit was due! (No pun intended 😁)

I had a strange thing happen.  I made my final payment through my TA and suddenly it showed that I owed more.  I called TA and they called RC.  They not only got it corrected, but volunteered that there was a price drop.  They credited my card within a week.  If their system hadn’t made a mistake, I probably wouldn’t have seen it.  That’s good customer service!
