Sorry another Move up but min went down does this happen?

Has anyone ever seen the Move Up offers min change?  I was just checking mine and the min offers are now $150 less pp for the min on the Concierge and Aqua class starting.  The only reason I noticed was I knew were my little needle was on the offer I put in and today it was in the middle.  So went to check the min all went down for the cruise.   Im just hoping it means I get the room, actually thinking about AQ now but the Family Verendahs are all available and would love to score one of those, rear ship huge balcony's, btw I'm on the Connie.
