Horizon Formal Nights

What was the dress code on the horizon formal nights? I know I’ll wear a dress, do the men have to wear a tie?

Formal night requirements are out the window right now. We were on there a month ago and there were Tshirts and cargo shorts in the MDR on Formal Nights

Some choose to dress up on Elegant Night, and have pictures, too. Polo shirt or dress shirt is acceptable, no tie required.

That is very disappointing.  I understand that some people don’t want to wear suits and formal dresses like used to be the case on formal nights, but to not dress up at all? It’s a shame that dress codes are not actually imposed and enforced.  It’s fine if you want to wear shorts on formal night, just eat somewhere else.
