Travel Insurance for Pre Existing Condition

Would anyone be able to recommend a reasonably priced insurance group/company in the UK who will cover recently diagnosed cancer condition?

I've searched a few companies and the cost is extremely high...

you could try Macmillan (although may not be cheap depending on coverage/destination etc)

A comparison site such as moneysupermarket and selecting pre existing conditions would be a good starter for ten.  Having identified a suitable quote from the comparison site, I then phone the provider direct to ensure my pre existing condition and medication is accurately captured for underwriting .  On a few occasions, the price has been less then the online quote due to a more accurate understanding of my condition and medication. My husband had a stem cell replacement May 2021 and has been cleared to go on holiday to the Canary Islands. I researched a lot of the insurances and eventually went with Staysure. I felt they were professional, easy to get hold of on the phone and the price was what I expected to cover all eventualities of a cancer patient in remission.
