Missing Confirmation Email for RCCL Visa My Cruise Points Redemption??? Anyone Have A Phone Number???

I redeemed my RCCL Visa Cruise points yesterday.  I've always gotten a email immediately after cashing them.  Haven't gotten anything after 24 hours?  Anyone have  their contact phone number???

I haven’t received an email also for our NYE cruise.  On our last cruise was a B2B November 8th and I didn’t get a confirmation also.  It took 2 days before it posted on my statement.
