Questions about Spa at Silver Cove, Great Stirrup Cay

interested in getting opinions on the spa at GSC from those who’ve tried it. 
 

What services are available? I haven’t been able to find a list anywhere. 
 

How and when can you book? I see nothing about it in my “Explore and Plan” section. Can we book in advance through Haven concierge desk, or do we need to wait until we’re on board? (It looks like no spa services can be booked in advance now. Maybe that’s a Covid thing.) 

 

How does pricing and hard-core upsell pitch compare the the spa on the ship?

 

How long do they let you stay at Silver Cove before and after treatments? We are in port 7 am - 2 pm and I don’t think it’s worth it to get a villa, because with tendering and not wanting to get up too early, our day will be short.  Doing a spa treatment could be a good way to experience silver cove for a couple of hours.
