orangeglitter Posted January 13, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2022 We had to cancel our 1/8 cruise on the Mardi Gras. We received the entire cruise fare back within days. However I had also purchased a wifi package using a different credit card. Have not gotten a refund for it. I realize it has just been a week but it worries me because I would think all the charges would be refunded at the same time. Anyone have any insight? I'll add that in late 2021 when I had a cancel with store purchases, the store purchases did refund after a couple weeks but the refund date was the original purchase date. So it showed up on my current statement, with a transaction date of the original purchase. Net effect = when I checked my recent transaction list I never saw it, because that list is in order by date. Yet, the amount was deducted so I went looking for it and found the charge reversal.
