Kruzkrazy Posted January 30, 2022 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2022 DW and I will be sailing with another couple March 8-18 on Riviera. We will have connecting B2 cabins. Does anyone know if the partitions between our verandahs can be opened to create one large verandah? Thanks in advance. KK
Rare mauibabes Posted January 30, 2022 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2022 Yes they can but it is unknown with Covid, if they will be allowed to open them. We have been on four cruises since October and we not seen them opened, even for people requesting they be opened. The doors are opened for window washing, etc however. Enjoy your cruise, Mauibabes

KK The partitions are there (and kept closed) because they are fire breaks. But, they are temporarily opened as needed for the ship’s exterior cleaning/maintenance. You can request that they be opened.for transit between adjacent cabins. However, this is considered on a case-by-case basis with decision reserved fir the ship’s Master.
