Checking for price drops

Does Royal drop prices on categories that are no longer available? For example, I have a panoramic OV suite on the Navigator.  There are only 2 of these cabins so I can't check for any price drops online because there are no more of these cabins available.  But if I notice that the price of other cabin/suites drop significantly, is it worth it to contact Royal to see if my POV suite dropped in price as well?

I would -- doesn't hurt and free to ask -- the worse that could happen is they so no.
