You can add her as a dependent (although the image looks like it's for children).  Also with her being a dependent, you will be able to do both test (at least it was with the PCR tests) on the same call.

FYI even though you can add your wife as a dependent, sometimes you will have to test separately.  On our pre-cruise that was the case.  We were given no real reason why, but it was no big deal.  My wife went in as soon as I was done and was tested.  Both tests were on the same login via the SwitchHealth portal and it all ended up just fine.
