There are several. All from the Brigantine chain, the Brig itself and Miguel's Cantina. Then you have Ketch Grill & Taps and Ketch Brewing, and finally, Topsail.

 

Even though they are all from Brigantine, each has its own personality.

FYI - if you are looking for other recs on the bayfront, there is a rooftop Italian restaurant on top of the InterContinental San Diego called Seneca Trattoria. There's also a steakhouse called Del Frisco's. We love that area.
