covid rapid test

We're in Riverside CA, about 75  miles from the LA port. We are on the Majestic Princess March 5.  We're trying to schedule a Covid test, and all the tests we find on line promise a 1 to 2 day result  after the sample gets to the lab--so if we test March 3, the earliest allowed by Princess, we may not have results back on time. Does anyone know of a rapid test site in SOCAL or an alternative  solution?

We have used the Emed home test kit that you use your phone/PC to have them observe your test. You go to Optum dot com to order.

You need to look further. Check O-Point testing near LAX, CVS Drug stores that offer rapid results tests, LAX labs.... There’s tons of places with rapid results Antigen tests (results <1 hr) and more that a few with rapid results PCR tests (usually at major airports.

OP check online for a CVS close to you in Riverside to do the Antigen test. We easily did this for our recent cruise out of San Pedro. Tested on Jan 15th for our cruise on the 17th. Had our emailed results in about 15 min. and printed them out....this couldn't have been easier.

Thanks, but the CVS web site says the rapid test is not available within 100 miles of us.

As aforementioned, On-Point Testing  ($69 pp with 30 minute antigen test results). Numerous locations near the Port of LA, LAX, etc plus one in Santa Ana (about 1/2 hour from Riverside headed to the Port or LAX.
