Tip for those who's phones are not compatible with the app.

My and my husband's phones are both not compatible with the app.  After getting advice here on Cruise Critic I was able to do our online check in on the computer.  However, you can't book on board wifi or dining reservations on the computer, only on the app!!!!!  My travel agent suggested we get someone we know with a newer phone to download the app and do it for us.  My son kindly did this for us, so now as well as our other reservations, we have also reserved wifi and dining on board.  He was also able to choose our arrival time (you can't do this on the computer version).

I just saw on one of the cruising video blogs that a woman who trusted a friend with her booking information as the friend was going to be joining the same cruise had a falling out with the friend.  Without that woman's knowledge, the 'friend' called RCI and cancelled the woman's booking.  Woman did not know the booking had been cancelled on her.
