Where in my online account can I find if NCL has added my shareholder OBC?

When you pull up your account, click on the SUMMARY tab. On the left hand column you should see your Shareholder benefit listed as "Onboard Spending Money"

When onboard, check that the OBC actually appears in your account in the app. It should be there by the second day.

If it's not, go to guest services. Ours has been missing for three out of  four cruises this year. They'll need to email Miami to check it, even when it appears on the summary.

Often they'll even need a copy of the email you sent to the shareholder desk months ago.

There's some process broken at Miami that means the ships frequently don't get notified of the shareholder OBC at all. Nobody at NCL seems to care.
