I had purchased some in room gifts, using 7200 points from my Carnival Mastercard. I just found out today "you will receive your funpoints on your rescheduled cruise on the Mardi Gras 9/10/22, you will receive your funpoints once onboard that voyage on the 2nd day". This process has been a pain in the butt. Im alittle concerned that they say "funpoints" and not "gift". Also im almost positive the last time i had this happen they automatically returned the points to my card. Has anyone had anything like this happen recently??
