Has anyone sailed on the sunshine and been in room 6105, 6106, 7105, or 7106. Looking to see how accessible the room really is. Have sailed previously on the sunshine in 2340 which worked perfectly - wondering if the room size/configuration is similar. Need accessibility for an amputee who typically uses a wheelchair. If you have pictures or any insight, that'd be great.

Thanks!

Ambulatory Accessible Stateroom: This stateroom is designed for use by guests with mobility limitations, who do not require the regular use of a wheelchair, scooter or other similar assistive devices. For example, it is ideal for guests who only use an assistive device (like a cane or walker) for traversing longer distances, and who may benefit from certain accessible features like grab bars, to assist with balance.

This is what the description on the website states.  You may need to call the Accessibility department to get dimensions of the doorways for the wheelchair.  It is usually recommended to get a fully accessible cabin if the use of a wheel chair is needed.

I just took a look at the deck plan and it appears there are are only the AAC cabins on this ship.  I would call them to see which cabins best suit your needs.  If you need general information about accessibility before you cruise, or have an ADA complaint, please call our Guest Access team at 1-800-438-6744 ext.70025,
