Travel Insurance ?

looking for travel insurance suggestions and recommendations !   I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I can't find my notes !   we're booking a 48 days trip next spring, which includes a 29 day cruise and the rest a self driving tour in south east Australia....  the cruise and flights alone are $24K, and we'll probably exceed $30K before we're done.... so, we'd want cancellation insurance in case we have to cancel for some reason before we depart..... and medical coverage in case one of us has a medical episode while away (both slightly over 65).... the TA policy seems quite expensive !   thanks for any help here !

The length of your trip may exceed some of the insurance limits  so talking  with a insurance broker  may be the way to go
