Royal Caribbean Travel Protection Cost

Does anyone have the cost for Royal Caribbean's insurance? I'm interested in the cost for fares ranging from $500 pp to $1,500 pp.

Isn't their (and other cruise line policies) policy a fixed cost of $138 whether it's a free casino cruise or a 16 day in a suite cruise and whether you're 8 or 108?

On Princess it’s 8% of the cruise fare, and maybe dropping on higher fares. This rate to the same for all ages.  But I don’t know what the rates are on Royal.
