Contact tracing

BIf NCL identified you as having close contact with someone who tested positive for covid are you required to quarantine or test? Im not taking about family members or people in your cabin

When I tested positive in early January, it did not appear to me that they were doing any contact tracing.  Others on my cruise said they didn't hear anything about any contact tracing either.  Maybe they've improved since then?  Or maybe they've just given up trying?
