Covid Test Documentation

We just had our Covid test done.  The printout has all the necessary information except the lab that performed the test.  It has the Dr.’s name that ordered the test on it.  I also have an app version if we have access to Wi-Fi at the port.  We leave tomorrow for Montreal so don’t want any glitches.  Anyone familiar as to how detailed Regent gets as to “test provider?”  Is the Dr.’s name sufficient?
