3kidslater Posted May 27, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 27, 2022 I bookmarked a Star Collector cruise we were planning to take next May on the Legend. The cruise was northern France and Germany (21 days). We planned to book the cruise when we return from a cruise we are taking with WS in Sept. I wanted to check some info on the cruise today and found that it is no longer being offered as a Star Collector but the itinerary is still available as 2 separate cruises back to back. The cost is at least $3,000 more per person this way. I was wondering if any of you have ever booked back to back and received a better deal? Barrycat Posted May 28, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 28, 2022 Windstar has offered a 5% discount on b2b cruises for years. I checked with them about two months ago and at that point they confirmed that it was still policy albeit Soto vocal.
Mocamps Posted May 28, 2022 #3 Share Posted May 28, 2022 That happened with a cruise we were booking in the Caribbean last year. I usually book through a UK travel agent but they couldn't offer it as a Star Collector cruise, just 2 separate cruises which worked out more expensive. However, I then checked with a US travel agent and they were offering it as a single cruise. In the end we had to cancel anyway due to Covid restrictions - but just might be worth checking out your cruise with different agents.
