We are wondering if there is someplace on the S class ships (Eclipse), where we can get things printed…

like a photograph printed on regular copy paper? Something like a business center?

Celebrity doesn't have a business center but does have an Internet Cafe which has a number of computers that are attached to a printer.   You can print from these computers but if I recall they are Back and White printers and none of the computer have USB's which are active due to provisions to prevent virus.    I don't think anyone would prevent you from printing b/w pictures on regular paper.

 

If you wanted something printed in color like you describe it may be best to find a place while on a port stop.    The Photo Center does printing of photos shot by the photographer while on the ship.

If you're OK with black and white, and can email the image to yourself, you should be able to log into your webmail from the Internet Cafe and print it that way.  No need to plug anything into their machines, which as Ian notes, is (usually) a non-starter.
