Pride of America Land Tour Covid Testing

I'm  booked on the Oahu Explorer and wondering if I must have a Covid test prior to the 3 day land tour of Oahu.  My travel agent says I don't need a test prior to the land tour, but I will be tested at the Hyatt Regency before boarding the POA.  I thought I read that a Covid test was also required 48 hours before the land tour, but I can't find that reference now on the NCL website.  Anyone know for sure?

We just finished that tour. NCL provided Inspire testing service on Fri night before sailing at the tour hotel. You’ll get that info in your pack at the hotel
