Is seltzer free?

I am taking my first cruise in May and while I know soda is an added fee, what about seltzer? Is that considered soda or is that considered water? I don't drink soda, so I wouldn't buy a soda card, but I do like seltzer, especially mixed with OJ in the a.m. Actually, are juices included as well or is that an add on? It seems like the more I read these boards, the less I realize is actually included in the cruise cost.

You would have to get your seltzer water at the bar. I'm not sure if they will charge for it or not. I would think they would, since 02 canisters are not free.

seltzer w/ a lime twist is one of my favorite hot water, non alcoholic beverages; my wife likes it w/ Rose's lime juice.

 

Bars (including cruise ship bars) generally charge the same as for a soda for it.

Bummer. I love seltzer but am not really up for the excessive fees the ship charges. Is the same true for fruit juices?

You can get various fruit juices at meals, and there is no charge. At other times, you can get Celebrity's Fruit Punch, and Lemonade at the Buffet area, also no charge.
