hello. we have a half day in corfu traving on NCL escape.  I'd appreciate any advice on getting to paleokastritsas beach either by catamaran or land. Our aim is to swim and spend time outside. thank u.

Paleokastritsa is a beautiful beach but for some reason the water was freezing in summer.   We enjoyed a boat tour with Nautilus for swimming. 
for half a day, perhaps just grab a taxi

Well, you can't get to Palaiokastritsa by a catamaran from Corfu City in any reasonable time.  It is way too far away by a boat.  By a car, it is just 30 minutes.  

 

We rented cars and drove to Palaiokastritsa, where we rented boats, to visit some of the remote beaches of Corfu.  It was great.
