Yes.  Before final, it's just a cancel & rebook.  But whatever perks and bonuses you had go away and are replaced with the current promotions; may be better, may be worse.

I just call and request a reprice.  The room I picked remains.  The deposit remains.  The last one I repriced caused me to lose one specialty dining credit per passenger, but the math made it a no-brainer.

I've even requested a price check through chat. Lucky thing too- the price had dropped $900. That paid for my flight.

I just repriced my Prima October cruise, two days before final payment.  Got $1000 off, kept same room and everything I originally had with the exception of the 2 extra latitude points per night perk.  Bummer since its a 12 nighter, but certainly worth it for the dollars saved.
