Nieuw statendam for New England cruises

Questions:   Does it have a Dutch cafe.  Is is open for brekki and lunch?
                       Outside cabins.   Shower only?

Yes, and yes to the Dutch Cafe on the Nieuw Statendam.

 

Order the pea soup for lunch, seriously, it's good.

Pretty much all cabins on the Pinnacle Class ships, including Nieuw Statendam, have large showers only, no tubs.  The exception are Family Ocean View cabins on Deck 1 (split bathrooms with tub in one, shower in the other) and Signature and above suites.  Those suites have jacuzzi tubs plus a separate small shower stall.

Tubs in those family oceanview cabins are so short as to be little more than glorified showers.  Probably about 3 feet long.
