Trouble booking specialty restaurants online?

I started booking my specialty restaurants. We get 4 nights for your upcoming Oct cruise. Wanted to book Cagneys twice but it will not let me. Onda is not taking reservations at all.  Anyone else having this problem?

I booked Cucina for the wrong night, and when I tried to book for another night, it wouldn't let me.  I had planned to cancel the first one when I got on the ship...so maybe they won't let you double up in pre-booking.

There is an issue at the moment where it won’t let you book a restaurant more than once in a cruise.

I have the same problem. I was able to book 2 night without issue. When I tried the 3rd, it was ok until the last step where it showed my cart as empty. 😞

Had the same issue a couple of months back for our upcoming Star sailing.  I called my PCC and he was able to book all the specialty dining for us in about two minutes.

Is it possible to book a specialty restaurant for a party of 1? (Online?)  So far I'm not having any luck with that.

Just book for two. That is what most people in an odd numbered group have to do.

This.  Party of one, book for two, three book for four, etc.

They need to fix that in the app or online process. It is annoying. However, last week despite what the app or website said there was nonissue getting reservations anywhere.

Suites and Haven

130 days prior to sailing

Club Balcony Staterooms

125 days prior to sailing

All other staterooms

• For sailings that are 6 days or less and are not a holiday sailing, 90 days prior to sailing
• For sailings that are 6 days or less and are a holiday sailing, 120 days prior to sailing
• For sailings that are 7 days or more, 120 days prior to sailing


Additionally, Latitudes levels Platinum, Sapphire, and Diamond can book 125 days out and Ambassador 130 days out regardless of stateroom class.
