Combining 1 br suite w/connecting room on Voyager of the Sea

Our travel agent is closed today and we're trying to figure out best way to accomplish my sister's space need on cruise.  The most I've ever done is book 2 regular rooms connecting. 

She really wants a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite but she's read that many times RCL won't let you book those unless you have a certain number of people sleeping in that room because the suites are popular.  So does anyone know if it's possible to book a 1 bdrm suite and a connecting regular cabin to make a psuedo 2 bdrm suite?

I don't believe there are any GS cabins on Voyager that connect to any cabin except another GS.

Our last two cruises we booked 2BR GS with just two people.

OP on Voyager class there are 1 bdrm GS that connect to a balcony cabin.

Look at deck plan for GS #1586 connecting to #1588.

We've been able to do this also with the GS and the Panoramic Oceanview Suite.

that's good to know. They have 3 people and she was worried that they would say not enough people.  We're calling travel agent first thing tomorrow when they open because we want to take advantage of the current sale AND have a specific ship/date we need because on Saturday at a family party we decided to jump in and join extended family on a trip they've already booked.

Voyager of the Seas does not have that room.  Looking at its deck plans, there are no GS's connecting to anything but another GS. 

 

Now, on Navigator of the Seas, which is a "Voyager Class" ship, it does have that GS 1586 connecting to balcony 1588 you referenced.

Thanks...I only had a hard copy of the deck plans...love those old hard copies they used to mail out my most current one is 2018-2019....I have them going back to several years ago.
