cruisen JJ Posted June 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 29, 2022 We're sailing out of San Diego for the 1st time. Any recommendations for parking or a Park & Cruise hotel?
CruiserBruce Posted June 29, 2022 #2 Share Posted June 29, 2022 There are many threads here on parking, but don't recall many, if any, on hotels that allow you to park there. Parking in the area is expensive. Some looking around the board would be beneficial.
KeepCalmBearOn Posted June 30, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 30, 2022 I don't know if the hotels have a Park & Cruise deal, but the SpringHill Suites Bayfront, Residence Inn Bayfront (same building, two halves) and Hotel InterContinental San Diego are in the BRIC Complex that has cruise parking. https://www.portofsandiego.org/coming-and-going/parking-and-transportation/long-termcruise-parking

Coveguy4 Posted July 8, 2022 #5 Share Posted July 8, 2022 I am also cruising with Princess out of San Diego for the first time I reserved parking at Parkway Parking for 10.00 a day They are about 2 1/2 miles from the port and provide free shuttle service back and forth. Last month I parked in Long Beach for a carnival cruise and it was 23.00 a day!
CaliMom05 Posted July 10, 2022 #6 Share Posted July 10, 2022 I always use Aladdin Parking whenever I fly out of San Diego airport or when I cruise out of San Diego. They are not the most inexpensive but they have free shuttles running often and their parking spots are not tiny. I sometimes park my Chevy Tahoe and they have larger parking spots on the bottom level and I've never had an issue with someone banging into my Tahoe with their car doors. Their website offers discounted parking also.
