Yes.   You are correct.   I'm using Nord right now to watch YouTubeTV.

 

If I turn on VPN on PC I can get to site but if not turned in and

I type in any VPN provider I get this -

That's pretty bogus.

It's probably past time to talk to corporate about some transparency with regard to port blocking, DNS games, and the like.

I just learned to make sure I either download the app prior to boarding or use my phone as a hotspot.
